Yeah it is not hard to happen since if the Caribbean CN with that island connected to Colombia has money and the rest of the region has been filled up it will colonize south which is unlikely to have been by anyone else beforehand. Colonizing enough to form CN is rare but even then not that much. Basically the most clear example of how silly the current ruleset is, really think it should either be one continent or at least countries with capital in either don't form CN on the other.

The tooltip to convert shows where the centre will pop up which also allows you to change your mind if it is in a shitty location.
And yeah I wish I knew the logic since the last two times I converted with provinces like that the center popped up as far as possible from the main part of Europe.

Here's an update now that the discovery of Europe has spread to me. And I must say this is by far the most unique Europe I've ever seen. Remember: this is all AI: I had nothing to do with any of this.

If Poland has its PU over Lithuania and Austria Emperor and allied with Poland it can happen, usually not so quickly 1452 is FAST. I don't think you can take Crimea in one bite... (Warscore > 100). Are Genosian patriots possible in Crimea?
