The Kazakhs and the Mongol Khanate exist and Uesugi is independent from Japan.

I count 13: Portugal, Italy, Ottomans, Silesia, Styria, Pommerania, Hedjaz, Persia, Qara Qoyunlu, Mughals, Russia, Nogai, and Cologne. Crimea and Ukraine are also arguably green, which would bring the total to 14-15.

Mecklenburg is pretty blue already (I'd draw the line between MKL/Palatinate and Crimea).. Yet you did not mention Ukraine and Granada. Also, that's not Flanders (would also be blueish) but Brabant.

if you count tunisia you may as well count bohemia, mainz, and the palatinate for 22.
well. I think we are seeing different colors, which is possible. To me, I see white white white, not a lick of green. And similarly to whoever thinks Tunisia is green.
