Okay, this is one that has been kicking around... Yes that is the 17th War to Change Denmark's Government. No matter how many times Sweden won the war, Denmark would continue as a Noble Republic. By the end of the game they had hit the 24th war last time I had looked.

Now for my current game as Poland/Commonwealth. Things were looking up, although I had constant rebellions and had just put down a peasant war, my empire suddenly grew a little more.

Fast forward 10 years and after a disastrous war with France (which I can not fathom how a 16 stack army with no leader and river and mountain penalties defeated a stack of 46 with a 3/2/1/1 General with equal morale and tactics, I shit you not), my allies Sweden and Hungary who had been faithful until that point, suddenly ended their alliances... Then a peasant war began... and my army hadn't recovered yet... and then the Ottomans decided to declare war.

The various peasants began forming their own nations, I had ended Smolensks attempt to flee the commonwealth however after I put that down... Ukraine appeared... followed by Brandenburg and Polotsk. Oh yeah, Ottomans were still there, insisting I return my gains from the Teutonic Order (Marienburg, Danzig and Warmia), release Krawkow, Smolensk, cede Niederlausitz to Bohemia and conquer Bessarabia, Moldavia and Ruthenia. Oh and empty my treasury just for good measure.

Brandenburg destroyed my mainly mercenary army leaving me with only one infantry left.

So I don't think I will be loading that savegame anytime soon.

I played an awesome game the last few days. I only focused on conquering coastal provinces as the Hansa in Europe and this made the game go really crazy.

This is pretty common, Malaysian NI's give a free colonist so this late into the game it's typical to see the East Indies populated by the Malaysian countries.

Actually it's not, because most of the time Europeans will do it before the Malaysians can - or at least that's the case in my games most of the time.

Well aren't you a tough one to please . japanese Tawian, russian Sulewesi and brunei (of all the malayan nations) is actually uniting indonesia and is expanding.

What you say is true though. I've seen Malacca and Aceh colonize Australia and Oceania in other games. Brunei I guess has more difficulty because they need to get off the island before they can colonize (chinese tech AI needs to westernize before they can colonize, because its their 6th NI that provides the colonist) and Brunei can only westernize when they conquer the other islands (Aceh, majariphit, makassar, etc).

It only takes 3 full NI groups to max out on the Malayan NI's lol. They can get the free colonist even without westernizing. All Muslim Malayan culture group Nations get Malayan ideas, so even if Malaya doesn't form whoever won the big conquer the other islands fest is gonna end up colonizing anyways.

the problem earleir was simply that the nonwestern AIs invested much more into tech than into ideas, meaning it was unlikely that they got more than a handful of ideas, while staying not too far behind europe..

But AI nations in the chinese tech group doesn't do that. For example Japan in the same game had only picked 7 ideas just 30 years before that pic. (7 ideas, 2 of the japanese NI's.) non-western AI nations doesn't spend monarch points on ideas. If I were to play a malayan nation then yes I would ingore my dip tech by taking exploration and expansion and offensive/diplomacy for the extra colonist from the NI. But the AI does not do that, he needs to westernize before he gets the 6th NI.

100 prestige and having the American dream or Star and Crescent DLCs. MTTH is 500k months, which is about 42k years.
