I guess it is a bug, if you die, your heir find spouse for his mother, but plot twist, his mother was about to be pregnant, she gets adulterer with your dead previous character and child is bastard instead your legitimate brother or sister... ffs

I also felt that cancer (or otherwise early death) was more common in ck2 for characters with good traits. Is it more common in ck3 too?
It's less common in CK3, because good characters tend to have more Health boosts.

My characters live a lot longer in CK3 than in CK2, but get a lot fewer diseases.
I suspect diseases are less common in CK3 than in CK2 in general. Add a bunch of Health-boosters on top of that and you get pretty healthy people.
