The ERE got shattered quick in this game. Bolghars took Greece and the Muslims are slowly finishing them off. And then I saw this...

Next to it we have the Catholic Bolghar Khanate of Serbia.

His father was a Sunni Norse adventurer who took Barcelona and bcame Catalan.His son shown here basically undid the whole thing by being a Norse Catholic ruler who lost most of his land.

this is my ongoing playthrough that started in 2.3.4 and that i brought over to 2.4.1. the new, autogenerated territories saved the golden horde. but WTF is with the 2 catholic provinces?

He once had -17k in debt as an unlanded courtier. Over the years he's been able to get it down to -15k in debt.

This game was started after installing the latest DLC... no idea how he got all this debt....

I deliberately made Syria as a kingdom-level theocracy (to get that sweet coin), only to lose it almost instantly to Shia uprising which I believe occured in Abbasid empire.
I don't know Shia uprising mechanics but this seems just strange. I also find it amusing that my old vassal still holds over half of the kingdom after one year.
