I love this kind of thread. Weirdest thing I've seen is the formation of FIVE (soon to be six) empires within 22 years during my game as ireland. I'll post the screenshot when I get back home Formation of Scandinavia (Svipjod), Hispania (Umaayad), Frankia (Karling), HRE (Karling), India (Some hindu country). Also, Tartaria is about to be formed, I'm about to form Britannia and I assume Italia will be formed eventually by HRE.

This means that the following empires exist or will exist shortly:
- Hispania
- HRE + Frankia + Italia (soon to be)
- Scandinavia
- India
- Tartaria (Soon to be)
- Britannia (soon to be)
- Abbasid Caliphate
- Byzantine Empire

also, on a sidenote. Tartaria is Jewish, Scandinavia is reformed Norse and the Byzantine Empire is Shia (I lol'd when I saw this)

Previous Ecumenical Patriarch Theodotos II died a natural death. Well, he was a blind eunuch, that was probably the reason. How did he deserve those traits is another question.
Patriarch that came before him died under "suspicious circumstances".
Four Patriarchs before him were executed.
Also, two before them died under "suspicious circumstances".
Last on the list died a natural death, at the age of 80.

Out of 9 heads of the Orthodox Church, only 1 didn't die on the hands of the furious cuckolded husbands.

I once played as Langobardia (well, Lecce, but I managed to capture Apulia before ol' Louie got around to it), and within two generations of my rulers almost a dozen of Patriarchs died. Almost every one of them was killed by random dukes with Intrigue focus.
