Ten out of the eleven men of a patrician family killed in a single battle, the family was basically almost exterminated but they won the war...
The only surviving male is a three years old kid. (It was a war for a trading post against another family, I had nothing to do with it). In the battle also seven women of the family died, I don't know how it happend, I know that wards can die if their guardian leads in a battle, but adult women?

She's the Demon Baby Nurse, for those curious. I killed off the brat, so she's just hung around court, being an awesome guardian for spare family members.

it's not that odd.. family probably fled south to get away from some struggle in the north. This man simply got raised by a Bedouin in his new home and decided he liked camels more then the folks back home
