So the previous Pope (Not ol' Comatose Mark, here - Eugene II) has pretty much gutted the Catholic Faith by spending the final year of his life in wanton abandon.

The result?

A daughter who is the King-Bishop of Rome
Two sons who are also considered Popes
And his final daughter, who is considered the Queen of Rome

It's so bad, even the UI is flipping out.

Lollard rebellions are popping everywhere (Even in Ireland - they conquered Ulster, and now Dublin/Mide is Holy Warring them out of existence). Pictland has gone half-Cathar, and Lombardy is dealing with its second Waldensian revolt.

Honestly, if the Popes can't rein it in (Even ol' Mark has taken a Maidservant lover despite being Incapable) I feel like there's a better then even chance that Lollard will be the dominant religion of Europe.

Okay so there seems to have been a very dramatic story playing out in Castille by the AI that is just awesome.

So here we have Duke Roderico of Castille, uncle of King Alffonsso III of Asturias and he is really quite a character...

As you can see he literally has gained every sinful trait and is a master schemer and ultimate all around sketchy dude. And as you can also see he is a "known sodomite" (this may be a CK2+ feature). Anyway...

So this woman hates Duke Roderico. This is because her husband must have been the Duke's gay lover as he also had the "known sodomite" modifier during his lifetime, however, the pressures of being the boy toy of a high noble lord must have been too much for the poor guy...

Thank god this Roderico is not in my empire.
