For the empire? It is CK2+. If you do the old gods start they bundle all of the Karlings into one empire that generally dissolves (via event) after a weak ruler comes to power or if a non-Karling becomes emperor.

Also how does being a cannibal only give -10? You would think being out as one would wreck relations with courtiers and vassals, and at least generate some sort of action out of the Pope given that she's Catholic

Pretty sure that the only case of cannibalism that I can remember from Fallout was just one little meat stand, and you can put a stop to it, iirc (sorry, but its been over half a decade).
Don't remember any case where hacking a computer ruined your karma, though...

But she is also just so maybe she eats only bad guys...
Sadly she became heretic so she was deposed by a faction and killed by a conjure.
It's a shame awesome characters like this appear near the end of the game

Hacking an owned computer does lower your karma, granted there are few computers that are considered owned so it's rarely an issue

I got notified that my vassal (and successor) has looted my city. We're not rivals or anything.

Then I look at how my war is going and I see my vassals fighting one another and taking each other prisoners.

All those gray units are my vassals' forces, and I don't have any infighting in my realm. I guess it's a rare bug. My vassal king started a holy war with the HRE over a duchy of Saxony and right after that I declared another war on HRE, with de jure claim on one county inside Saxony. Lots of allies (and my vassals) joined the king, but at the same time they're waging the same yet another war with the HRE as my subjects. AI got all confused with conflicting interests and this is what I get.

The funny thing is that a war becoming a complete clusterfuck with soldiers looting the wrong city was not that weird.

....Sure it involves lots of twins, but it's not impossible. It just needed her pregnant a lot in 28 years for 34 kids. And she lived! (actually she could do it with single births: it just involves always being pregnant.

Imagine if there were chances for triplets and so on. :O
