So, I was enjoying the new start date, playing as ragusa, minding my own business (quite literally), then I decided to take a look at the rest of the world:

The "Persian Caravan Guards" got landed and probably have one of the best realm name I ever saw on map

I'm am not sure what happened there, but I doubt it is healthy for the Umayad dynasty.

I currently have one called "The White Company". My favorite though has to be when the Tengri holy order gets landed and gets independence. I like playing through to like HoI4 and still having a little "Lords of the Sky" rump state in Russia.

A Republican Caliphate sounds interesting. Since it's a regular republic, I wonder who will be next since it's randomly generated.

Considering the Black Company is about a mercenary company that recruits from various nationalities (similar to the White Company) and The White Company was a novel by Sir Arthur Doyle loosely based on the historical White Company, I think it's a safe guess. Looking into it, it's hard to find much hard evidence though, so take it with a grain of salt.
