Ok, then tell me this, since you suggest you can find out this information. How much extra tax does forestry specialization produce compared to a comparable sized zone with only level 1 industry? How much extra compared to a zone with only level 2 buildings? level 3? The same for the other specializations, percentages don't mean much when you don't know where they are comparing it TO.
As for the policies, I'm just afraid we'll have to agree to disagree there, just like with the recycling center. I literally can't understand your viewpoint there thus far, and I'm only going to repeat myself after this.
