The North Sea Empire's dynamic COA concept should be extended to every fictional de jure empire

To clarify, that every de jure empire (barring the HRE, BYZ, Rome) should incorporate the COA of the primary kingdom into their COA, similar to the North Sea Empire.

Overall, I think this would add some realism and authenticity into a pretty ahistorical concept. Why would an Irish ruler put a dragon as the symbol of an Irish Brittannia? Why would a Breton ruler have the fleur de lis as the symbol of Breton Francia? Making these all COA's dynamic would be great for the RPG aspects of the game.

I've attached the NSE's dynamic COA's, left-right the COA of Denmark, Norway and England as your primary titles.

Alternatively the empire COA should fuse the adjoining kingdom titles in some way as well if it's custom or non-historical. The Brittany COA as a backdrop to the English dragon without me having to mod it would be nice

Obligatory angry Persian Empire noises

And Arabian/Abbasid Empire

And Malian Empire

And Mongolian Empire

And looking it up, the Tibetan Empire fell only 35 years before the Old Gods start.

And should being formed about 100 years after the end date really mean Russia shouldn't have a coat of arms? I mean obviously it should have dynamic CoA when formed by Norsemen as Gardariki, but an early formation by Russians shouldn't be a a deciding factor in whether they qualify for a fixed CoA.

Don't get me wrong, your suggestion is applicable to a lot of empires on the map, but only Byzantium, the HRE, and Rome as "historical" empires is overly narrow.
