I had a strange thing happen to me in my game. A ravenous horde was conquering a planet with a non-sapient species on it (at least I assume so, I didn´t pay attention to this part of the galaxy). These non-sapients then escaped to one of my planets in a travel across the galaxy. This seems like it is not supposed to happen.
