I think everyone can agree one of the best parts of a new patch is seeing which nations get their own NI sets. And one of the most frequent topics in the suggestion forums are suggestions for said new NIs. Unfortunately, they can be difficult to find, and can fade away pretty quickly. Hence this thread.

As I recall there used to be a thread similar for this a while back, but since I can't seem to find it, I've created this; a new NI compilation thread, where I'll try to upload any suggested NI sets I see for nations that do not yet have them for convenience's sake. If there is an Idea Set of yours for a nation that does not have an unique NI set, or if I missed one of yours, please; feel free to post.

Edit: Also, please try to keep it restrained to only tags that are already in game or have been confirmed are being added.

At the request of @Trin Tragula, I’ve composed an index of this thread that I’ll do my best to keep updated. I’ve separated it into NIs for countries that already have them (which may or may not have been influenced by the ones in this thread) and ones that don’t, and then alphabetized them for ease of access. Author will be put in parenthesis.

This very belated update to the list was courtesy of @Aquamancer, who did the legwork in updating the thread to match the current situation of NIs ingame, as well as to make it more visually appealing.

NI Ideas for CKII Converter nations, courtesy of @Baldwin XI and @moscal (Lombardy and Latin Empire being from Baldwin, Moravia from moscal), retrieved from here:

THE LATIN EMPIRE

Traditions: +10% Cavalry combat ability, +1 Papal Influence

1. Centers of Ancient Knowledge: -5% Technology Cost
"The Latin Empire is situated at the heart of the knowledge of antiquity. Opening up centuries-old Byzantine libraries to the public will allow the study of the past to aid our study of the future."

2. Lessons of the Fourth Crusade: +20% Siege Ability
"Constantinople had never fallen to an outside force until the soldiers of the Fourth Crusade captured the city in 1204 using innovative siege methods from both land and sea. This was the defining moment of the Fourth Crusade. We can use the lessons learned from the capture of Constantinople to make our future sieges more efficient."

3. Mending the Schism: +2% Missionary strength
"Even though Constantinople was not the original target of the Fourth Crusade, and its capture the product of a desperate situation spurred on by Venetian and Byzantine treachery, we have made the most of our situation. Bringing the light of the True Faith to an empire of heretics was- and is- no easy task. However, having returned Constantinople to unity with Rome, our missionary efforts carry an additional amount of legitimacy. "

4. Greek Fire: +20% Galley combat bonus
"Our chemists have finally cracked the closely-guarded secret formula for a compound that the Byzantines developed that could burn even underwater. Even centuries after its invention, this compound can still be very useful for our galley flotillas. Placing Greek Fire hoses alongside cannons on our galleys will vastly increase their deadliness in battle at close range. Ships may grow in scale and firepower- but they will always burn."

5. Sail to the Sunrise: May Recruit Conquistadores and Explorers, +20% Colony Range
"Let our Western rivals sail over unknown oceans to distant continents to eke out small colonies in harsh lands. With ports on the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean and all its wealthy lands can call to us, and us alone. Let us heed that call to adventure!"

6. Tactical Manuals: +1 Leader Maneuver, +5% Discipline
" From its earliest days, the Byzantine Empire used the works of educated military scholars to promulgate effective strategies for its army. As the heirs of Byzantium, we can harness this tradition of military scholarship for a new era of gunpowder, turning out a professional modern army with excellent leaders."

7. Reformed Theme System: +10% Tax Modifier
"The Theme System was the Byzantine version of the Western Feudal System that the Latin Empire quickly adopted. Its governance has served the Empire well, but with the decline of feudalism, it is now getting in the way of our establishment of a more centralized government model. Curbing the power of the local landholders will allow the State more direct access to its territory, increasing its profitability."

Ambitions: +25% Manpower increase

LOMBARDY

Traditions: +1 Leader Shock, +1 Merchant

1. The Iron Crown of Lombardy: +1 yearly Legitimacy
"From time immemorial, the Iron Crown has been used to crown the kings and queens of Lombard Italy. This mighty reminder of our history and traditions can be re-emphasized to strengthen our rule. Whoever wears the Iron Crown rules Italy."

2. Ducal Power Broken: +5% Tax Modifier, +10% Loyalty of Nobility Estate
"From the time that our people migrated into Italy, our dukes have remained a constant thorn in the side of our kings. They have attempted to control the royal succession for centuries. But now, the tables have at last turned. As royal cannons destroy the once-vaunted ducal castles, so too have the once-powerful dukes been reduced to subservience to the royalty at long last."

3. Lombard Tactics: +20% Infantry Combat Ability
"The men of Lombardy have been some of the finest warriors that Europe has ever seen. Centuries ago, we faced the Byzantines at the height of their power and defeated them. As our army developed, we have united our fighting spirit with the discipline of Rome's legions. However, in this new age of pike and shot, new military methods are called for. By channeling Lombard militarism into new doctrines, we can ensure that our footmen are the terror of Europe once again."

4. Papal Cooperation: +1 Papal Influence, +10% Loyalty of Clergy Estate
"In the past, Lombardy has been in competition with the Papacy for power in the Italian Peninsula, yet we have also served as its shield from other powers. The rise of Protestantism has shaken Christendom. Now, new enemies beyond the Alps turn their eyes to the Papacy. We must do what we can to support the Holy See."

5. Roman Infrastructure: -10% Development Cost
"The Lombards arrived in Italy when the ruins of Rome were freshly toppled. Our adopted homeland is strewn with the remains of a world-conquering empire. With the world taking a renewed interest in all things classical, we can make use of the architectural principles of the finest remaining Roman buildings and roads in Italy to improve our own infrastructural projects."

6. Pompeian Counter-Piracy: -33% Enemy Privateering Effectiveness, +10% Trade Steering
"The dreaded Corsair pirates from Barbary have been a constant plague of the long Italian coastline, launching terrible raids on villages and plundering our shipping. We must deal with them once and for all. Drawing further lessons from antiquity, we can use the sea patrol system developed by the great Roman general Pompey to effectively combat the Corsairs. With our sea lanes clear, merchants will be more eager to trade at our ports."

7. Industrial Guilds: +5% Goods Produced Modifier, +10% Loyalty of Burghers Estate
"The Guild System is a cornerstone of production in Italy. However, with the concept of mass production being introduced, we must make sure that the guilds adapt to the system while adopting some of its methods. We will see a modest increase in our production, while at the same time earning the gratitude of the powerful Italian merchants for safeguarding their privileges."

Ambitions: -20% Culture Conversion cost

Great Moravia (culture union for West Slavic)

Traditions:
+1 Diplomatic relations (because Great Moravia had good relations with West, East and North)
+1 Attrition for enemies (legacy survival aggression Germans and Magyars)

1. Consolidation Župans and Voivods titles: +10% manpower; +5% tax
Existence of two independent offices managing provinces lead to numerous conflicts of administrative, decision-making chain elongation delayed work civil-military things etc. Consolidation this major offices should improve the state.

2. Mojmir Claim: +1 prestige
Our monarchy has ancient roots Mojmir. Use of this heritage in literature and art will bring respectability us in world.

3. New Rite Old Church Slavonic: +10% church power; +0,5 PI; +0,5 own tolerance
Throughout the Middle Ages our own rite was negated by the Germans. Fidelity to the teachings of Cyril and Methodius strengthened us religiously. Now, when the Reformation developed wings, we can better adapt to new Europa.

4. Power of minerals: +5 discipline
We are in possession of the mines of Silesia, Bohemia etc. Thanks for intelligent utilizing them to arms industry, our army should be able to massacre any enemies.

5. Southern mercenaries: -25% mercenary maintenance
South Slavs are very good mercenaries. Using panslavic sentiments we can get cheaper mercenaries.

6. Anti-german legislation: +15% production
Offensive german bourgeoisie to East provides long-term benefits only for Germans . In the future, it can give the Germans claim to conquer our lands. Through the anti-german mercantilism we strengthen economy.

7. Slavic enlightenment: -10% technology cost
We have a powerful scientific centers in Prague and Krakow. With a large and wise scholars are champions of enlightenment in the Slavic World.

Ambitions:-5 years of separatism

Since I gave Lombardy only one tradition so far, I'll add a +1 Merchant tradition, since they would normally own most of the Italian merchant cities.

Fixed.

Well, it took me some time, but i've found some information about Novosilsko-Odoyevskoe Knyazhestvo.
In this ideas are a lot of controversial information, so they are not fully reliable as source :D
Also, i combined Novosil and Odoyev ideas, cause first capital of this duchy was Novosil.
Ideas can be called Upper Oka Principality ideas or anything you want.
I wanted to create diplomatic-defensive ideas, to show their survival through XIV-XV centuries.

So, here we go!

Traditions:
+15% fort defence
- at first these settlements was fort in IX-X centuries and, later, wife of Grand Duke of Smolensk went there to hide from mongol threat, so this shows us, that part of this duchy was always fortified.
+1 diplomatic reputation - oh, those guys knew something about diplomacy. They had agreements with hordes, Lithuania, Ryazan, Muscovy...

1) Heirs of Grand Duchy of Chernigov: +0.5 prestige and +0.5 legitimacy.
"Our rulers are descendants of saint Mikhael of Chernigov and our country was part of Great Principality of Chernigov - one of strongest and biggest of Russian Principalities. And, thanks to our politics, we are the only independent heirs of it."

2) Treaty with neighbours: +25% Improve relations.
"Our position between Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Moscow and Golden Horde forces us to rely on diplomacy. We should have treaties, pacts and agreements with all our neighbours to protect our independence."

3) Relations whit Golden Horde: +50% core creation cost on us.
"Having good and independent relations with Golden Horde guarantee of our survivability. We should follow our own politics and use any method to get help and approval from Golden Horde - even use their coin in our state."

4) The system of old: +50% chance of heir (or some mad shenanigans with only old rulers that already have traits).
"While other Russian principalities changed their inheritance systems, we are loyal to our old system - agnatic seniority. While others may face regency, we will always have adult and experienced ruler."

5) "Cities of Odoyev": +20% manpower.
"While our Grand Duchy may look small, we have cities of Odoyev, Novosil, Belyovsk and Vorotynsk, which are populated enough to provide enough people for our military."

6) Part of Zasechnaya Cherta: -10% fort maintenance modifier, +1 attrition.
"For long time, our cities were fortresses in Zasechnaya Cherta which defended border from steppe nomads and other threats. During those centuries, our people get experience with different fortifications, traps and abatises. Now it is the best time to remember all this experience and use it to defend our realm".

7) Oka River: +20% caravan power.
"Oka is one of the oldest trade routes. You can reach Volga, one of the main trade rivers, and through it reach Don and go to Sea of Azov or go to Caspian Sea and reach wealthy lands of Persia. In either case, our traders can travel to rich foreign lands, where we can sell honey, wax, fur and buy silk, spices and other exotic goods."

Ambition: +10% morale.

This idea set was created with love and dedicated to one of the best communities out there (e.g. PDX-forum community) and @Trin Tragula (I still believe in your Muscovy).

Even if the descriptions are a little on the generic side, you still deserve a medal for coming up with a working NI set for such a tricky nation.

Well, practically all of them are nearly quotes of quotes from blog of one Russian guy, who gathered a lot of information about Upper Oka principalities. There are also sources for this.
Anyway, thanks for praise :3

I'm not a fan of increased coring cost, I would replace ICC with something connected to espionage like spy detection. I like your set nevertheless, must've been quite a pain to research, even for someone speaking Russian. :)

Don't think that ICC should be removed. I hate it, but it was so much pain to integrate or annex Odoyev, until one of princes decided to side with Muscovy.
And, well, i'm not sure how should be spy detection justified.

Oldenburg should get +1 relations, +1 legitimacy, stability -10%, +1 prestige, 50% chance of a new heir, +10% combat ability. Nothing special but the House of Oldenburg got their dynasty on many thrones.

Polotsk is rare to see, but it's the only state of Byelorussian culture (which should not exist in 1444 but whatever).

I don't like Polotsk idea "The Culture Center" (-10% idea cost). It's strong but it poorly represents a place of Polotsk, which was to Lithuania what Greece was to Rome. Lithuania used Old Russian (or Old Byelorussian, or Ruthenian if you wish) language for its official documents, see Statutes written 350 years after Polotsk was annexed.

So it seems to me Polotsk would be represented better by culture conversion idea. It may be an ambition instead of current +10% infantry combat ability which was put there for a balance sake probably.

You know, i think that culture conversion doesn't represent culture enrichment. And, at the end of the day, Lithuania became more Polonized.

Sam goes to your points about "Greece to Rome". Greece truly enriched Rome's culture, but Romans didn't change. So, it truly represents what Polotsk was to Lithuania - cultural donor.

@Mortheim, yeah, it's probably can't be represented properly in game terms. Maybe reducing cost of culture acceptance in the next expansion?

Culture acceptance is removed in the next expansion - you can choose accepted cultures. Also, that cultural divergence and influence could help to adopt new ideas and suchlike, but more accepted cultures? Don't think so. So, this bonus is good enough, imho.

I still have questions why Poland and, therefore, PLC have Culture Acceptance and Tolerance of Heretics, while, historically, PLC didn't accept ruthenians (there are number of source about this) and was trying to convert orthodox people (heck, they even gave orthodox churches to jews, so they will get money). Maybe at some point Poland had religious unity, a lot of tolerance, maybe for 1/3 of EU time period, but...Well, this attitude towards 1/3 of population led to their downfall.

It's true that at some point Poland lost their acceptance of heretics - that was mainly due to overall unrest during John Casimir's reign. Polish brthren were kicked out, many nobles were forced to convert to catholicism, but up until that point it hadn't really been that bad.
Protestants enjoyed much freedom in Pomerania - the Dutch moved there in masses to avoid persecution from the Spanish, Prussia was allowed to keep their heretic belief throughout the whole vassalage period, many noble families were heretic(House Wiśniowiecki was largely orthodox, having roots from Rurikids; Radziwiłłs are famous for being calvinists).

Now, orthodox christianity was in pretty weird legal situation. Orthodox is de facto heretic to catholic church. I can't think of any laws against this faith, if there are (most importantly if they had been instituted before 1648) please, link them here. I wouldn't be surprised if there were landlords abusing their heretic vassals but we can't talk about tham as of principle: for example, Jarema Wiśniowiecki - an orthodox noble who converted to catholicism treated the faith of his ancestors with utmost respect, despite being known as a butcher of Zaporozhie. I know about Union of Brest which tried to unite catholic and orthodox churches in the Commonwealth - and it did! ... to some extent. Of course, the union was met with some outcry but there weren't any rebellions connected to this law until the Khmelnitsky Uprising - that's 80 years of relative peace.

That's the keyword - relative. If you compare the "persecution" of orthodox christians in PLC to the hell that was going on in western Europe in XVI and XVII century you'll see that the Commonwealth was really peaceful for those times. Religion was never the main factor of conflicts, it was usually used to embitter one side against another though(Khmelnitsky started the rebellion because of conflict with another noble, Polish brethren were banished because during the Deluge they supported Swedes and Janusz Radziwiłł who happened to be a reformist).

I could also mention the Commonwealth of Three Nations here, but it would reach theory-ish territory, as although the document was signed it was too late and we can't predict how much freedom would Ruthenians de facto have in their voivodeships.

EDIT: Sh*t, now I answered to your post with a wall of text in an inappropriate thread. Oh well. :p

From the thread that I posted in the other part of the forum:

Ansbach

Traditions:
+10% Production efficiency (Lucrative resources from the salt mines)
-25% Mercenary maintenance (Shared with German Generic, notable as mercenaries for the Prussians and the British in later periods)

Historical Lands of the Hohenzollerns: +1 Yearly Legitimacy
While the Hohenzollern family is most notable for their status as Electors of Brandenburg, Kings of Prussia, and later as Kaisers of a united Germany, the family first came to prominence in Franconia. It was their status as Burgraves of Nuremburg that enabled the dynasty to place itself in a position to inherit Brandenburg. Despite the Brandenburg-Ansbach branch being a junior branch of the family beginning in the mid-16th century, they remained the holders of the family's first notable titles.

The Margrave Wars: -10% Core-creation cost
Ansbach and its sister principality Bayereuth were the result of the division of the Burgraviate of Nuremberg, with many of the territories disputed between the two annexed to the Free City. Two wars were later fought by the Margraves of Ansbach against the Free City of Nuremberg to regain suzerainty over those historical lands of the Burgraviate. While the wars both resulted in status quo ante bellum, the historical claims on the land persisted from the previous title.

The Rebuilding of Plassenburg: +1 Diplomatic Reputation
In the aftermath of the Second Margrave War, the castle at Plassenburg was destroyed by the invading forces friendly to Nuremberg. The later Margraves decided to rebuild the castle into one of the most splendid palaces in the Empire. The fortifications were vast enough to warrant a combined Bavarian-French army lay siege to it during the Napoleonic wars, and its amenities impressive enough for the Prussian King to offer to buy it from his cousin. In the time since the Napoleonic Wars it has been used as a prison, a hospital, a training ground, and a museum.

The Franconian Reformers: +1 Tolerance of the True Faith, +5% Church power
The Ansbach-Hohenzollerns preceded the senior Brandenburg-Hohenzollern branch in conversion to Lutheranism. Margrave George the Pious converted after hearing Luther's stirring testimony at the Diet of Worms, and later mainained a correspondence with the reformer, in addition to sheltering other proponents of the reformation. He was later instrumental in the formulation of the Marburg Colloquy along with the Elector of Saxony, which united the protestants of the Empire around common articles of faith. The influence of the rather small Principality of Ansbach within the nascent Protestant Reformation was rather outsize.

Invite Protestant Exiles: -10% Development cost
Albert II of Ansbach offered asylum to Protestants fleeing Austria in the aftermath of the Thirty-Years War. In combination with administrative and social reforms, the influx of new people to populate the war-ravaged lands led to a relatively fast recovery from the destruction wrought by the long conflict.

The Wolf of Ansbach: -1 National Unrest
In 1685 the city of Ansbach was attacked by a man-eating wolf. The superstitious citizens of the city believed that the wolf may have been the vengeful spirit of their recently passed (but little missed) bürgermeister reincarnated into a werewolf. The wolf was eventually chased from the forest and killed by the townspeople. In a bizarre act to banish the evil spirit, the wolf's snout was cut off, it was dressed in a man's clothes, and a mask and wig in the likeness of the bürgermeister were placed over its head before being gibbeted.

Dragoons of Ansbach: +15% Cavalry Combat Ability
Auf, Ansbach-Dragoner!
Auf, Ansbach-Bayreuth!
Schnall um deinen Säbel
und rüste dich zum Streit!

Ambition
:
+5% Discipline (The reputation of the troops from Brandenburg-Ansbach and their service in the Prussian army in the Seven-Years War warrants this, I think)

Perhaps it would be better in an English translation?

The lines are the opening four lines of the Hohenfriedberger March. The problem with putting it in English is that it doesn't have the cadence of the march when translated.

From what was stated in the dev diary on Tuesday (Page 3), only Garhwal, Tripura, and Odoyev have generic ideas in 1444. I don't know if that applies to the nations that can be formed in 1444 with generic ideas (I.e. Gaeldom) but nonetheless its quite exciting.
Even with "cultural" ideas often encompassing a lot of nations, the map has become so different from its original state.

Nassau Ideas, as suggested by @Killerente , retrieved from here:

For tradtions i would suggest:
1: Production effiency: For quite some time the members of the family were bailiffs for the diocese of Worms, so i guess they had to know how to manage their land.
2: Institution spread: In general new ideas were adopted quite fast if the treasury allowed it. That goes even to the time of the actual enlightenment being embraced.

National Ideas

1.Prima Diviso
"To prevent fighting between his sons Early Heinrich II decided to split up his land upon suggestions to secure the peace. The raw power of the family may now be smaller, even more bloodlines decending from our glorious house rise"
To be fair the Prima deviso split the land just for the two oldest sons. But since that system kept going a lof of smaller bloodlines came and married all over Europe, resulting in the family allways having an heir.
Chance of new heir/ maybe add some National Unrest modifier to strength the idea a bit
So lets say: Chance of new Heir +75% and -0,5 NU

2.The legacy of King Adolf
"In 1292 Earl Adolf was elected Holy Roman King. Let us not forget how important our family once was and let the lion roar once moar!"
Adolf was more or less just elected because he seemed weak and he most likely was so. But to be fair he decents from a female bloodline of Carolus Rex. As a result of having Adolf the family starts to see themselves as a part of the higher nobility.
Yearly Legitimacy +1

3.Embrace the Reformation
We finally got rid of those corrupt monks. Let us secularize their holdings and invest this money in a glorious realm"
The secularization of his realm helped Phillip III a lot to build, but also increased the amount of land in direct control of the earl which then was used to gain money.
National Tax Modifier +10%

4.Support Buderus
" We do have the iron, they can form it into wapeons. What is there more to say of this mutual friendship?"
Buderus, most likely known for building tank guns in WW2 does exist for quite some time. For Nassau they mostly did not build guns, thou they were capable of doing so. I think atleast one military idea is necessary if you compare it to the old german ideas. Still Nassau-Weilburg did have a lot of iron mines in that timeframe.
Army Upkeep -7,5%

5.A baroque residence
"If we want to keep up with time we need to modernize our capital. We gonna demolish the old one and built a new baroque residence on that place so our foes will fear our wealth"
Most of the old renaissance city was destroyed around 1700 to make place for the new residence (including adminstartive buildings and econmical buildings which were part of a residence). Weilburg till today is one of just a few palaces which still exist and basiclly the palace and the city survived both world wars with just minor damage.
Build Cost -15%

6.The everlasting duchy
"As of now our glorious duchy is located between the great powers of Europe. If we want to survive, we need to engage heavily into diplomacy"
As i said in the beginning the house existed extremly long, the duchy even till 1866 as the family joined the austrian side against Prussia, lost and was annexed. In that time the family engaged a lof diplomacy, showing off art from great powers in their palaces and even been allied to Austria(1815) and married to Russia (1844) helped the little state a lot but ( being part of the german federation was usefull too).
Diplomats +1

7.The policy of a sucessfull marriage
"We have to accept that we wont gain power by militay sucess. In order to expand we need to get our family on other thrones"
Like i said, you could find the Nassau family in whole europe and we still are connected to most of nobilty as of today.
Improve relations +30%

Ambition
Land Force Limit Increase: I mean it should be an ambition, shouldnt it? :D
I would suggest 20-30 %

Mecklemburg ideas ( in-game they have pomeranian ideas )

TRADITIONS
+5% army morale recovery speed
+25% privateer efficiency

1.Kirchneubau: Kirchneubau was a place where our ancestors burned the heretics shortly after their christianization. This "inquisition" eliminated the heretics in our lands. +2% missionary strength against heretics

2.University of Rostock: Founded in 1419, the University of Rostock is one of the oldest in Europe and the the first of its kind in the baltic region, making the city a center of knowledge. -5% technology cost

3.Hanseatic ties: Since the foundation of the Hansa, our coastal cities have belonged to the league. This benefits us greatly, and gives us a prime position in baltic trade. +20% global trade power

4.Shipbuilding industry: Our cities in the north, specially Rostock, are becoming true ship factories. The ships built here are used all across Northern Europe. -10% shipbuilding time

5.Take control of the free cities: Although their flourishment is beneficial for us, the cities of the coast have too much authority and act as separate states. We have to annulate their privileges and integrate them into the country. -0.05 monthly autonomy reduction

6.Build the Schewerin Palace: The Schewerin Castle is beginnning to look a bit old. We should reform this medieval fortification into a palace for the Duke and his family. -10% fort maintenance cost, +0.5 yearly legitimacy

7.The Grand Duchies: In 1815, the two Mecklemburgian duchies became Grand Duchies, increasing Mecklemburg's prestige and importance. +1 yearly prestige

AMBITION

+5% discipline

I want to dig this out and expand on it, as Mecklenburg still has pomeranian ideas.

Traditions: 10% global trade power, 25% privateer efficiency (referring to the baltic trade connections and Störtebeker)

1. Traditio et Innovatio: Founded in 1419, the University of Rostock is one of the oldest in Europe and the the first of its kind in the baltic region, making the city a center of knowledge. (-5% technology cost)

2. Hanseatic Ties: Since the foundation of the Hansa, our coastal cities have belonged to the league. This benefits us greatly, and gives us a prime position in baltic trade. (+10% trade income)

3. Resettlement: Located between major powers, our country was ravaged in their wars again and again. In the thirty years war we lost 80% of our population. We have to bring the peasants back on their fields, if necessary even by force. (-20% development cost, +1 unrest)

4. Shipbuilding industry: Our cities in the north, especially Rostock, are becoming true ship factories. The ships built here are used all across Northern Europe. (-10% shipbuilding time)

5. Take control of the free cities: Although their flourishment is beneficial for us, the cities of the coast have too much authority and act as separate states. We have to annulate their privileges and integrate them into the country. (-0.05 monthly autonomy reduction)

7. Generalfeldmarschall Blücher: The prussians may have the stongest military in europe, but their most famous general is a mecklenburger. That shall inspire our soldiers. (+5% discipline)

Ambition: +1 yearly legitimacy
