All of this just served to show me that Bradenburg and England cannot be trusted - both sign non-agression pacts, promise not to mess in other people's sphere of influence, etc etc, just to dishonour everything in the end (altough i already knew that both of them could never be trusted).
About the little issue of a possible rule breach, i prefer not to speak about it at this moment since i am rather infuriated, and nothing good comes from angry posts.
Im not angry at all, the only thing I react on is that you call me liar.
where have I expanded west of rhine, please tell me, I am eager to know. if I wanted Cologne I would DoW them instead of you (you would probably engage in that war anyway since they are your allies). it was just silly talk since they bought a refinery. We never said a single word about a NAP, instead I've heard frightingly little from you, and silence is often equal to hostility
The only NAP breaks this session as far as I know is between you and England and me and Austria.
What I did was defending Venice of whom you've already ruined a lot to, bragging on having WS on Venice is for me pretty childish. They are a puny nation in northern italy and has nowhere to expand since you are blocking him already. And then you attack him to claim more.. that felt a bit much, and about the 100k stacking on the border I did it after the declaration so you cant use that as incitement.
also about the lucky dice rolls, those were in no way important since you fought vs 10k infantry both times, after that you had some serious luck when I outnumbered you 70k vs 40k cav, first days of battle I loose over 20k soldiers and almost all morale, those wins are important and can be called "lucky" that 50k doesnt win vs 10 k inf doesnt really concern anyone except its annoying.
mwah in the end you gave me lots of lulz by saying everyone funded me and that I was in a secret alliance with Spain with whom I havent spoke to xD
BTW: it's waay easier to defend yourself earlygame

before assaults and rifles
