Torpedo bombers are not in the game any more.
Naval bombers are very dangerous to ships, though they are not the über-weapon anymore they were in HOI I.
Not sure what you mean by INT, if you´re referring to interceptors - they of course are not dangerous to ships.

Well yes... 
I meant torpedo planes and interceptors.
Defensively I suppose that fighters can fight CAG´s in defense of a naval base or other land based installations or does it function differently?
