I recently purchased EU3 Complete and HTTT through GamersGate and i've just registered them on my forum account.
Here's how it went.
Loaded the My Games page. Wow, long list of games...let's see, i want to register "Europa Universalis 3 Complete" (as it appears on GamersGate), so let's look for that with ctrl-f...not found. Let's look for Europa Universalis 3 instead..ah, there it is...no "Complete" suffix though, must not matter then.... (I hadn't noticed that EU3 Complete was right above it...there is so much text i was glad i found anything with EU3 in it)
Now let's copy the key from GamersGate and paste it in the textbox...no wait, can't do that, must copy 4 characters at a time.
Ok, i've finally entered the key, click "Register"...loading...page loaded...did it work? Oh wait, there's an error message there, in a normal font, "Invalid key". So perhaps i do need the Complete suffix...search for Complete instead...ah, there it is: "EU3 Complete".
Paste the key, again only 4 characters at a time. *Register*....loading...did it work? No error message this time...no noticable success message either.. let's look for "EU3 Complete" and see what it says. Ah, it's registered..good.
Repeat for HTTT, at least i was able to find that immediately.
Now you might think it's not such a big deal, how often do people really need to use that page, it's only once in a while. Then consider that i came to these forums to ask a support question, instead i got frustrated by the registration process and instead of having asked my support question by now i've posted this thread first....my first post on these forums no less!
The 3 things that annoyed me in the entire process:
I really hope you guys take some time to improve that page...it doesn't really invite to register other games unless i absolutely have to.
Now..off to find the support forum..

- Having to search a long list of seemingly randomnly ordered games: selecting the game from a dropdown, where the games are sorted alphabetically would be much easier. I think it's much more common to register one game at a time.
- Not being able to copy paste the entire key at once: a single input field would be preferred, there could be some clientside javascript validation ensure the key is in a proper format.
- No noticable feedback to show that a registration failed or succeeded.
