The Most Weird/Unlucky Spawn Ever

So I just start new game and when galaxy generate I saw this.

I'm a little bit confused because since 1000 hours I never saw something like this before.
This fallen empire are isolationists so they hate when other empire border touch their empire.
They are mad at my empire because of this borders and I'm sure they will start war soon.
I think this is really unusual. Also if someone like to check that it's not fake I give this weird save file-Lem v3.1.2.
And let me know if anyone got something like this before.

Laugh react solely because this is a spectacularly borked save. Honestly, it's beautifully bad and I have never seen its like.

I would immediately open the diplomacy menu and send them as many insults as possible. Then when the war begins, send your fleet against their nearest system. If you're going to go out, go out in a blaze of glory.

I think it's beautiful Sometimes I wish the Stellaris Galaxy was more empty and mysterious.


I also wish we could build a megastructure that can project wormholes anywhere in the galaxy, as a 2-way corridor, for a certain amount of time and energy upkeep, then it shuts down and goes on cooldown.

They can reuse the old wormhole gate mechanic for it, add a bit of graphic sparkle and voila.
