Now that I think of it most of the times mandates do not get completed when the requirements are met. One term a mandate gets completed the next term the same mandate does not get completed even when it says "2/2 mining districts built". (also it would be nice if the reward was 1 years' of unity and uncapped so that it would be equally powerful to agendas)

I've noticed the "increase surplus to X" mandates specifically are not firing. Some of the others are for me (e.g. build districts, build stations)

I would like my pops to stop choosing to be unemployed rather than working the farming jobs needed to feed the planet.
God yes! This is particularly annoying when you build or upgrade to a high-capacity specialist building. You might not want the building to be instantly filled, but it will be when it is built, so then you screw over your primary industries by employing people up the chain. But if you lay them off, they won't work!
Perhaps it would be possible to make them demote straight away, but be pretty annoyed for a while, and be the first in the queue for when new specialist jobs open up? And/or make it possible/easier to specify how many workers a building should take on before it actually gets finished, I don't think you can do that right now.

Looks like charismatic doesn't apply to the farmer amenities you get from agrarian idyll.

Edit: Actually, it doesn't appear to work at all. The entire trait is broken.
Edit #2: It's actually just a UI bug. It seems it works as intended...

The life-seeded civic doesn't seems to be working properly, I've started with a gaia world of size 19 in my first playtrough, and saw a AI empire with the civic on a Tundra World size 25.

So what's the overall impression with the state of 2.2? Is this a "wait for the patch after the patch", or one of the rare but dreaded "wait for the patch after the patch after the patch" type of releases?

I think it's fine, but I wouldn't play a crime syndicate or heavily robot investing empire until there's a balance pass on those.

Just tested it, and it is working fine.
I can't confirm that, my megacorp leaders all had ruler traits and agendas. I added it to list anyway, because I have read it from many different people now.

I haven't been able to spawn the dimensional horror and stellarite devourer in dozens of tries at max galaxy size. Looking at leviathans_system_initializers, the entries for the stellarite devourer and dimensional horror also don't have any create_country and create_fleet blocks in their init_effect statements. Though I don't know if that is actually normal.

For some reason, you cannot turn off migration controls on robotic pops, meaning that the Egalitarian/Progressive faction will be eternally pissed at you if you give synths citizen rights for having migration controls and there's nothing you can do aside from put them back into servitude (which is a bit ironic that they're fine with you having sentient robotic slaves)

I noticed an apparent bug when I integrated a vassal. Their starbase was one tier higher than mine and never integrated into the trade network. I decided to dismantle the base and rebuild it and it integrated into the trade network after it was rebuilt. Still not sure if it was because it was a higher tier starbase from mine or if it was because the vassal was integrated which was the cause of the bug.

-The branch offices of the criminal megacorp sometimes close a few moments after opening it in a 0% crime planet. And the policie reduce crime way too much =(

- It will be nice to organize the resetle option in smaller icons

I can't confirm that, my megacorp leaders all had ruler traits and agendas. I added it to list anyway, because I have read it from many different people now.

Have you tried electing a new ruler? Just type election in the console command. What I see is the original ruler, with his ruler traits, but all the other ones have their normal traits not ruler traits.

edit: Actually I just tried and they all have resilient or adaptable except the original ruler.

How come the working class becomes instantly educated anyway? It should take time to promote, so you dont lose the complete worker strata if you build one lab

I already submitted it to bug reports, but when I played, the Hypercomms Forum upgrade to Heritage Site simply made it cost more maintenance without providing any increase in effect.

Also, I really wish Sectors did something still. I would like to have the choice to automate sectors - but while I can choose an autobuild focus for them, they don't gather any resources on their own anymore so I have to micromanage their resources all the time. This is particularly annoying when my empire is automatically split up into a ton of different sectors with one or two planets each.
