We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Also noteworthy is that of the top 4, 3 are Dutch speaking (2 Belgians, 1 Dutchman). 
I almost got to the first page on the back of all the "best HoI3 navy" threads... I think that's also around when I ate saff and yoshi. ;-)

I'll just have to keep coming to these forums for 20 years, then my postcount should build up.
If you look at the top posters, many are moderators or designed popular major mods. Interestingly enough, some have not been active in the forums for a couple of years now (e.g. MrT, DHarper, and OHGamer; I have not seen a post from Havard or YodaMaster in quite a long time). Looking at that list, I would consider Enewald the winner, since his join date is late 2007.
If you are going by post speed and numbers together I'd say Slan is on the top of the heap, having joined late 2009
