The most Ahistorical game i ahve ever seen.

Decided to give "Go on, Macau my day" a try, as per usualy i left Historical focuses off, turned on ironman, you know the drill. From the get go i knew things would go Ahistorical, but i never would have tought it would go this much off the rails :O

In short, Japan went non-aligned, France tried to become communist (and failed), the UK became communist, Italy formed the pact of Rome, Spain went with the Falangist, the USA went with Alf Landon and Poland gave up Danzig. But there is one thing that jsut blew my mind when i spotted it, can you see it aswel?

Had to trash the run because the Falangist decided they wanted war with me, and ofcourse the germans joined :I

I had one of those, too - Austria was still on map, in the Pact of Rome. I was trying to go for "Battlecry" as GXC [I can't spell the name]. Remember when we used to complain about wars merging? Well, I took a peek at the wars, and Poland had no less than six different wars going on. Another odd thing was that Czechoslovakia was also still on the map, and involved in one of the wars against Poland. Sometimes, turning off the "historical railroad" can yield some amuzing situations.
I just wish I hadn't turned off the Steam Overlay - I lost the ability to do screenshots for a while.

German AI is scripted to avoid the anschluss if the Pact of Rome forms.

I did not do this. I did not even remotely participate in this. I was minding my own business invading Russia as Napoleon and the AI did this on its own. You probably wonder how it all happened - but it's a long story. All I can say for now is that it involves a Portuguese Civil War that spanned 3 continents, a war between democratic USA and democratic UK, Mexican cruisaders and the spread and fall of communism in Asia.

Although I do admit, alive Long Austria is a sight to behold aswell.

I got my screenshot feature back. All I had to do was to turn the Steam overlay back on. I thought I was helping myself to reduce lag & choppy graphics, but it made no discernable difference. My problems weren't even occuring during HoI4

So you mean... a normal game with default AI enabled? There's nothing, focus-wise stopping France eventually flipping Fascist or Communist even if it takes the Democratic route since there's no block to the left- and right-wing focuses.
