Hi all together!
Are there mongolian Events, such as retake the old capital and restore the rule over China etc? It would be a great thing for the Great Khan Achievement to not do it with the easier Golden Horde but with the OG Mongols instead!
Sadly, EU4 wiki told me that there aren't any mongolian events what may be a shame, cause there is so much history abt it!
Vasall the Golden Horde, become the only khanat in the world, retake Bagdad, Beijing, the old mongolian Capital, if you have your Capital in the chinease Region, you can trigger a conflict between Normads and Chinease.. etc etc..
Plenty of stuff! So, are there such events? I would love it!

Well, it wouldn't be that different from the Purple Phenix DLC. And why not making a nation more enjoyable to play?
Well yes but to begin with, the reason Purple Phoenix exist is just how much fans Byzantine has over here. Unless there are the same amount of Genghis Khan fans I'm missing, I wouldn't hold my breath onto that.

This would be pretty nice. Mongolia needs more flavor in general, really. Maybe a DLC for this, like Purple Phoenix.

Re-invading China perhaps is not that absurd possibility. If I'm not mistaken, Timur died while preparing attack on China, and his armies presented a formidable force.
I think that hordes generally still could present a serious threat in 15th century, on the condition that an extremely able ruler appears. Then the snowballing effect of subjugating/allying vast numbers of warlike nomads could result in another upheaval in Asia.
So, instead of giving the event to Mongolia, I'd prefer making it depend on appearance of an extremely strong ruler in any horde. It could be simulated by ruler_modifier providing manpower and discipline boost - but only until he dies. Then disintegration would quickly follow. Such or similar scenario sounds historically plausible to me.
