Well, as title says, Hearts of Iron 3 has a number of large by the amound of content and game re-work mods, but only 2 of them have their own sumforum and are not dead, and updated to FTM.

Then, there are 6 or so dead mod subforums, which have not released anything for years.

When almost 4 month ago a mod team of RPM(a mod that can rival, in scope awsomness, major modifications such as HPP and AS) asked for a sumbforum, to futher help the growth of the mod, we were told that there are some forum issues preventing PI from granting one.

Now after 4month, is there any progress on the issue?

Does Paradox really supports modding community, when it has to organise on third-party forums because PI can not manage it`s forums well?

Please be advised that decisions like granting sub forums falls under rule 2 of the rules, if the makers of a mod wish to contact me I can discuss the matter with them, but yes we have restricted the number of sub forums, I am in the process of writing up a more formal guide for staff and modders which will outline policy and procedures to follow regarding user mods.

You should be glad, as you point out and as we have observed, most mods fail shortly after they were granted a sub forum.
