The mission "Expand Overseas" does not work properly

"Own 5 provinces across 3 different Trade Company Regions..."

But actually it requires 3 different Trade Company Regions with EACH having 5 provinces that are owned by ROOT. In other words, the amount of provinces that it requires is actually not 5 but 15.

Here is my suggestion:

I think 15 total is what is meant, five for each region. It's just weird phrasing that can be taken either way, but 5 total across 3 different regions is pretty easy while 15 you actually have to do something.
