I don't think you can have a historical character that was born before the year 1. When a character spawns in the year 800 who is 1000 years old the game has no choice but to display a negative. At least that's how I think it works.

Which would explain St. Peter's and Caesar Tiberius's displayed age.

The Bagrationi dynasty in game doesn't go back too far, but their origin is pretty clouded so it's likely they're older than shown.

And I thought the oldest continuous dynasty in game was the Pandya dynasty in southern India.

It can handle negative dates. If you're immortal other immortal characters show up who can be from BC. It'll show up as -200 instead of 200BC though.

Wait there is a year zero glitch in our RL dating system. Wouldn’t -1 be 2BC, meaning -199 would be 200 BC?

Just fired the game up for a check and the Arcrunis are counts of Vaspurakan in 769 but their earliest game-file ancestor is given as third century. Looked at some of the other Armenian dynasties like the Mihranian and Kamsarakan and they all only have an ancestor of about the same vintage.
Seem to remember in a similar thread before someone mentioning some Tamil dynasties that went right back to vedic times but can't recall the names.

Mihranids and Kamsarakans both are Persian dynasties. Cadet branch of Persian dynasties ruled as viceroys in Caucasus. For example Iberian (Georgian) Mihranids aka Chosroids (and its cadet branch Guaramids) ruled Iberia until adscence of Georgian Bagratids. Georgian Bagratids branched from Armenian Bagratids. Bagratids were also Persian by origin or Bivritians as some Georgian schoolars insist, according to this version Bivritians are descedant of first king of Iberia, of probablly Macedonian descedance, Azoy of Iberia. Bagratids internmarried with local Guaramid, Nersian and Chosroid dynasties in Iberia and restored Iberian kingship in 888. Iberian monks made up myth about biblical origin of Bagratids to legitimate their rule. This legend saved them throughout of history, Mongols and various Muslim rulers believed that it was truth and were avoiding to depose Bagratids lol, not only foreiginers but neither any Georgian feudal lords pressed claims on Georgian throne.

Panyda and Chola dynasties from Southern India both came into power in the 300s BC. The Cholas went extinct in the 1200s AD and the last known Panyda maybe lost power in 1736 AD.

In the current version, there is House Salvius, which contains a fella from Ragusa in 769 and a Roman Emperor. With no connecting branches whatsoever.

There are a few Romans Emperors connected to Ragusan patrician dynasties. Not sure why. My last character was somehow related to Otho.

Well in both real and game terms the Solomonids of Ethiopia are quite old and I believe they are present at every start date, though not always Kings of Abyssinia.

EDIT: In reality the Solomonids claim to descend from the biblical King Solomon of Israel. The game files only take them back to the mid 7th century though so I guess not what you're looking for.

The birth date for Augustus (character 145290) is 3.1.1, which of course doesn't tell us much, since it is just the smallest possible year, as he was born in a BC year.

The only other date in Augustus' entry is that for his death, and he died in an AD year. Historically, he died on 14.8.19 (using the yyyy.mm.dd format), while in the game he is set to die in 24.8.19 - the reason why is explained in a comment in the entry ("death date moved 10 years later in order not to be portrayed as a child"). So nothing in Augustus' entry corroborates what you said.
