Shift to SD or ML? Or stay with SL and shift to Hawk Lobby or Interventionism?
Shifting to SD or ML could open some new ministers. The most needed - good Minister of Armaments and Security Crime-Fighter.
Also, shifting to ML will change Head of Government (Largo is LWR) and gives us new, I believe it will bring back Portella Valladares (SC, Naive optimist, -10%CGN, +10%BeltoDow).
Moving to Hawk will not give immediate effect.
Moving to Int-sm is always good choice, but if we could wait for some time, we could shift it by Guarantee Independence of European countries, sooner or later Germany, Italy and USSR will DoW their neighbours.

Can you get to Market Liberal easily? If so I'd suggest that as it seems to have the biggest immediate advantage. No need to shift to Int-sm if you can move it by other means.

I was thinking minister-wise, but I only really suggested that because most of the other sliders seem decent enough and it's easy to gain Intervention anyway. I normally max out Hawk Lobby so I'd suggest that as well.
If you don't get the "Anarchist movement crushed" event, which moves you to LWR I'd suggest you to move to Authoritarian. If you do get it, I'd say Hawk Lobby.
