So, this achievement requires the Mamluks to annex the Ottomans and have 100% army professionalism. Does this mean you have to annex them when you have this? Or can you annex them and then get it? I'm kinda confused on the professionalism part, any help would be appreciated!

owns_core_province = 317 #Hudavendigar
owns_core_province = 326 #Ankara

Makes no difference in what order you do it or when you do it, you just need to fulfill all requirements at the same time.

So you have to have at 100 by the time you annex them? And it's that new bar in the military screen that has to be at 100, so would you need to vassalise them to achieve it?

Did you not understand my first response? The order doesn't matter.

Why on earth would you need to vassalise anyone?
NOT = { exists = TUR }
That means that Ottomans cannot exist anywhere on the map in any form.

Own Constantinople, Edirne, Ankara, and Hudavendigar as core provinces
Remove Ottomans from the map
Have 100 army professionalism

Do those things. IN ANY ORDER.

Thanks for the help! Sorry I asked it again but you said do it at the same time so i thought that was you have to fufil both at once.
