Most of the stuff in the ledger is fine, but knowing current army/fleet size/composition and manpower reserves always feels a bit odd. I would also be ok with undiscovered nations not being listed.

Why shouldn't the information be out there? States had diplomats and ambassadors stationed in other states who could easily gather information regarding how big the states forces were and how much manpower there was available. Granted, the numbers should probably be more like estimations rather than exact numbers (and it's probably unrealistic to think that Prussia would have ambassadors in Najd or whatever), but I still prefer the system as it is.

I would like to see them put in more espionage mechanics at some point. You shouldn't have to take the idea group to do it either. The idea group should just make it stronger.
