I had a synth admiral die at ~160, about the same as humans with maxed out leadership benefits.
As far as I know the experience level doesn't make any difference to the empire leader anyway.What's bugging me the most, is that my empire leader doesn't get expierence from his job, while governorsm and all other leaders do.
