Thanks! I guess you mean Hungary? In the later part of the game I was dragged into countless wars against the Ottomans, so I never had time to fight against Hungary. Instead I got some provinces down in the Balkans from OE, as you can see.jdfess6 said:

It's a reference to the stability cheat: oranje. Oranje = Orange. Whoever it was had obviously used the cheat because his stability was at +3 but the game log said his stability had just dropped. I hope that makes sense.

Here's another muslim Empire of mine. Not so big, but filthy rich. I think this is the first game I managed to max all techs. ACGEEP 1.54, very hard.

My English empire, played on vanilla 1.08something (I think) waaaay back in time, when I just had learned how to deal with inflation and colonisation and other important stuff. And it's on hard, so my badboy of 200+ isn't causing that big troubles.

My main objective in this game was to get France, which I did. As I had French culture it was very worthwhile. However, it also made me stay Catholic, and I got large parts of England still protestant, as I hadn't really grasped the value of correct religion. And the expansion in Europe came once I realised that I was actually (way) stronger than the big Austria I had feared all the game. So I took almost all of their provinces. And then some from Spain. I really don't remember much more.
And a random one from a "big" Sweden I made as a noob:
For reasons unknown to me at this point, I am still Catholic? And my inflation is at over 70%, and I think it was over 100% before I started getting governors. That may be the reason to why my tech is not over 30 at the game's end.... I don't really remember much from this game, except I was insanely proud of it at the time....

Yes it is.
I took the challange about a year ago and still trying to do it. THough get bored each time when the BB wars take too much time.
I saw one guy do it in Vicky, but that's of course something very different. Perhaps I'll do it one day. But I wouldn't count on it. As you say, it tends to get boring.Skarion said:Yes it is.

Hehe, yea I almost did that too. I got bored, though, with basically only one enemy left in Russia (some muslim sultanate), vastly inferior to mine. I just couldn't be bothered to finish them. What I'd like to ask the people in these WC aspiration type games. What do you do about your religion? Especially if you go out of Europe. Obviously you have a TON of different provinces. Do you stay Protestant even if you conquered a ton of Catholic provinces? How do you deal with that?
I've never actually played a WC type game, but in most cases (except Russia or the OE) I've found that the best religion for a multireligious empire is Catholic. Why? Because generally it will end up being the one you have the most of (especially if you went colonial early), so it's easier to convert the rest back.
Also, there may be some WC value in being able to get a bunch of CB's by temporarily switching to CRC.

The first centuries you keep your first provinces so it's most importance that you keep the same religion.
Then when you hit the BB wars you can't survive the stabhits from changing religion (civil wars ftl).
Though it doesnt matter anyhow as you got too much money then you ever can spend anyhow.
Problem is more focused on to both be able to fight and to hire a minimum of troops so not rebellions rise up and then hire so you hit manpowerlimit at peacetime.
Ending up with a few million rebells at each period of warefare during BBwars.
