It is MyMAP.

Not really I am the Liths as you can see so I protected them against the Crimeans and Turks and they took land they used to have Kaffa before the Ottomans took them. Why Spain is randomly there I dont know.

Just copy your EU2 file to have one for vanilla and one for the patched version. it patches it to 1.09 so you cant play vanilla with the mod. It has nearly all the AGCEEP events plus some more so you dont need to miss out on AGCEEP fun.

Not necessary. MyMAP uses a .bat-file that allows it to use the moddir.
