Aragon controls one province of portugal, and has no Spanish provinces past the original boundaries.
However they could gain 1, 2, maybe 3, but never 4, provinces from France.

England Through the Ages
1419 - 1819

Over three months, from December 1 to February 1, 1486, Ulster, Connaught, and Eire declared independence. They were now all at war with England, but the first action by England would come in July. England would send 2,000 men to Leinster and to Meath. The siege was not started immediately, and would be completed September 5, of 1488. In 1489, on February and January 1, peace would come with Ulster and Connaught. September 8 had the capture of Munster. October 8 brought peace, and England would regain Munster and Leinster, and Eire became England’s vassal.

Succinct summary of five centuries of English policy. It always came down to fear; some enemy of England might get their hands on it, therefore ...

No doubt they'll leave Eire alone for now. Then when they get into the next big wa they'll ship 40K guys over to deal with em.

The real problem in Ireland was that there were not enough men to prevent revolts.

England Through the Ages
1419 - 1819

Febuary 24 of 1490 marked a semi-significant event. The king of Eire decided to try to ally with the great king of England, and succeded. This was exelant, because now England could diplomaticly annex them.

In other news, France was knocked down to a one province minor, and became Mainz’s vassal. Scotland captured Ulster, but other than that not much happened. China could be considered the greatest nation on Earth at the time, with England pulling a close second and Austria doggedly following on the heels of England. Venice, having conquered much of the Ottoman Empire held fourth.

Anyway, France is a one province minor now.
Sienna is doing well for itself too, conquered some of the OE.

Ah, how nice, France a minor vassal to Mainz.

It shall prove interesting to see how England reacts to the Scots' movement into Ireland now that Eire is allied to England... in foresee another huge blood letting in the British Isles.

England Through the Ages
1419 - 1819

On August 23 of 1493 Maximian I of Austria was elected Holy Roman Emperor. It is reported that Henry VII said: “Well, I didn’t vote for him.” Regardless, this made Maximilian I the second most powerful man in the world, under the Chinese Emperor.

On May 2 or 22 of 1497 John Cabot embarked on an epic journey to the Americas, seeking to explore the land. He pledged himself to the English king, and would discover much of the Caribbean, along with North America. Thanks to his efforts a colony in Puerto Rico was established, and many others were attempted.

January 2 1500 marked the arrival of Desiderius Erasmus into the public eye, as he published a series of essays on the proper upbringing of children. Also in 1500 Scotland declared war on Eire. Naturally the English king refused to engage the enemy. The alliance was dissolved as a result.

Well this is certainly an interesting history of England... I hope that the ever cautious (at least IRL) Henry will not let Scotland get too much power in Ireland.

Ah, the age old problem of Ireland... it is just too close to England and threatens much, but at the same time too far away to be effectively conquered.

I would let it go, or set up vassals with large territory to prevent conquering by enemies.
