Will Leaders have ratings for different service branches? Good especially for small countries with small number of leaders. (Sorry if this is already has been adressed!)

This has not been addressed. The leader management interface has not been shown or discussed including... autopromote feature, how to get more generals, and death/dismisal of leaders.
