So as far as I know Venice is the only nation in the game that has an event concerning jews. This is quite I don't know odd since although the most famous Dutch Jew (even if he was a secular one) Spinoza has his own event the rest of the culture is completly unrepresented.

So the jewish people in Europe were basicly divided to two different cultures the Sephardic and the Ashkenazis. The Sephardic Jews originated from the Iberian peninsula and were expelled from there due to the Inquisition. Atleast some of them were merchants and became quite wealthy and prominent in the dutch society. Heck some of them became major shareholders in the VOC.
The Ashkenazis, of german and polish heritage, on the other hand were quite poor on the other. By profession they were mostly farmer, but some became merchants and glass cutters later in game time. They came to the United Provinces after the Peace of Westphalia which in practice established the United Provinces as a safe haven for the Jews.

In general the dutch society was very tolerant by the standards of the time towards the jewish people. Force conversions, although not completly unheard of, were not common. They were allowed to organize their own court systems. Some cities allowed them complete rights of citizens, others allowed them to practice their profession and some did not allow them inside. It was inconsistent, but in general better than anywhere else in Europe. There was incidents of course, but they were just that incidents.

So what am I suggesting? I don't know. I just would be nice to see to see the fact that the Jews weren't hanged as Christ Killers when ever found, but were left alone to be demanded to be hanged by the christian priests.

I'll link some articles when I found something thrustworthy and interesting

Jews aren't terribly relevant in this time period, but given the broad strokes I understand about them, maybe they could be... an Inflation mechanic.

That may sound lame, but think of it like this; you have a small population of bankers who have contributed greatly to the economic development of regions, but also have a tendency to get involve in organized crime and otherwise ultimately screw things up to where the local ruler comes down like a sack of bricks.

So, in-game, you'd have varying modifiers for Jewish (or, in the case of Southeast Asian states, Chinese) influence, with the levels somewhat increasing your tax revenues, cheapening Base Tax development slightly, increasing Inflation, increasing Stability costs, and decreasing Religious Unity.

Expelling the Jews would grant some money, but not much.

I'd also maybe link it to ideas and specific provinces; for so much Trade Power in a Province, you can have one more level of Jewish communities. States with Religious ideas may never actively court Jewish settlers, while Humanist nations may never expel them. Expulsion grants money and "wipes out" all of the Jewish community modifiers, scattering them to other countries (which can choose to accept them or not).

Basically, rip off CK+'s system, but add reasons why you wouldn't want to accept them.

I wholeheartedly disagree. People who exist in a time period are relevant to that time period; it was their history just as it is the history of all other extant peoples. Jews were important throughout the West.

I do, however, agree with your other suggestions about having a CK-like system that works like a province modifiers and such. Similar mechanics could be used to represent Romani and Armenians in Europe.

Frankly, a comprehensive system for historically marginalised/minorty ethnic groups would be more appropriate than a system for just the Jewish peoples. Though I agree that nation-specific events concerning ethnic minorities would be a welcome addition, especially for countires with somewhat remarkable interactions with them (be they good or bad).
