The Irish Brigade

Just trained an Irish birgade today while playing as Sweden. I guess it means that there is a lot of Irish imigrants in Sweden (1876) or am I wrong....

The conditions are right, overall liberty, good economy and a loooot of employment oportunities, been building factories like crazy and totaly forgot that I have a limited workforce

You don't need to have the required number of soldiers to make a division.

You could have an Irish soldier POP size 100 and still be able to train 99 divisions of Irish soldiers. All that matters is manpower.
