Beside the cap, nothing really changed since 1899...
And the cap itself, it was aquired by His Majesty, Emperor, on one of his time travels, and after that it was gifted to that poor kid to protect from the sun.
That kid later went to US and started a cap manufacture for baseball teams.
The cap design was a big hit, and the kid made fortune, thanks only to the Great Emperor.
We have decided that it was the time already to aquire those trucks we were wondering about. That would let the soldiers to train some more and prepare for fight. (regain org) Also in the meantime we should aquire enough fuel. Before that we did not finished the storage capacity for it.
We have ordered to disguise those trucks, not to let the Brits we have them. They are deployed to Massawa and would be crucial in taking Suez and Cairo.

Goebbels is out of the office in this timeline. Well, Himmler also is off the office. Heini at least could be send to led troops attack on such heavily defended and secured target as Luxemburg.
But Goebbels on the other hand - if he is not at the office, what else can he do - run a theatre?

Event to Italy join axis make Ethiopia to get much lower chance of getting into axis ~13%, later it all goes back to normal.
