From the last screenshot a doubt overcame me. Should bilateral relations damaged when a deal with a really high or a really low chance of success collapses?
For example, let's take the deal in the screenshot. The deal has a really high chance of success (95%). What would happen if GB were to reject that proposal? Would that upset Brazil and damage their relations?
What if it were the other way around, and a really bad deal were presented by Brazil, would that upset GB?
While on the topic, what is the advantage for a major player in keeping good relations with a minor? The other way around is clear, but why would GB make an effort to keep good relations with Brazil? Would it impact trade or anything alike?
Any thought on the matter??????
