Please Paradox, speed up the endgame !

Playing as Soviets and overrunning Eastern Europe:

• Germany has capitulated but still seems to control Greece, Burma and half of India (really this gift giving of provinces between Axis powers has got to be modified !)
• Italy has capitulated, but still controls most of Africa (seriously !)
• There's around six tiles of Hungary around Budapest that seems to be getting men and equipment from I know not where and trying to fight its way out, it's like some crazy amoeba
• Neutral Yugoslavia apparently let Bulgarian forces move through Yugoslav territory to mount an invasion of Austria (again seriously, this is too gamey !)
• With Germany and Italy capitulated, and Hungary reduced to blob suddenly Romania joins the Axis (again seriously too gamey)

Minor powers are not going to join a losing side unless they are forced to or see it in their long term interests as a way to regain their territory.

Hungary tends to hold longer me for when I bull rush the Axis than Germany proper. I suspect the combination of rivers and mountains for most of its borders with Comintern lend it some pretty good defensive bonuses.

Minors joining a losing faction: I suspect there are some triggers that cause the AI to ask prospective new members to join (Like capitulation of a major faction member) but that the prospective new member don't sanity check - I had a completely surrounded by superior forces Swiss join a one state 'minor' faction - for negative factors.

Instead focused 3 x 24 Div armies on Hungary, took capital and it capitulated. Also got peace conference quicker. YAY !
