This game is played on Normal/Normal and this is my first AAR.

Chapter 1, the Rule of Sayyid Ahmad II.
Sayyid Ahmad II have finally united the Golden Horde and have impaled the former chieftains, that only sought fortune for their own clan. Now, the Golden Horde will rise from misery and despair and gain control of Asia and the middle east once again! Our only army is in our capital of Samara, that also houses a great gold mine to pay our growing Horde, the army is named Golden Horde and are lead by a great chieftain named Sheyhk and the Horde consist of 20000 horsemen.
The first year of the Golden Horse is nothing more that scouting local enemies and maybe some allies.
In January the 19, 1493 the Turks declare war on the Mameluks.
February the 1, 1493 Disaster have struck our land! The people of Saratow are revolting and are in the progress of taking the city! This first test will show the power of our horsemen! We order our general that commands the Golden Horde to slaughter this mob of angry farmers. So the 6 of February he arrives, takes a quick look at the mob that have set camp outside the city and he commence the charge.
What a wonderful bloodbath! Many of them are trying to flee, but out horses are to quick for them and slay them while they try to hide like cowards! Only 4 days later, the battle is over, we, only losing 2000 horses killed a much larger force of 28000 angry farmers whit pitchforks.
After that, I order the Golden Horde to move to Kujbyschew to patrol our border to the Kazans.
I finally find out what triggered this revolt, the religious slider for Orthodox was equal zero, so I hurry and slides it's almost the top.
We spent our some few ducats on an army of footsoldiers, even though it's against our principle, it is a must these days. So, 8000 infantry to build in Samara and Vorones and they both rally in he province of Vorones the 4th of April, 1493.
Almost the same day, some traders from Europe tells us that Spain have annexed Granada, even though we have no idea who or where those tribes are located.
Finally, our stability rises to a mere -2 now(I had -3 from the start) and we can declare war on the Kazans if we want to, but it's near winter, so we decide to wait for the next summer before attacking.
The 1st of January is a sad say for this some-what new Horde, Sayyid Ahmad II have been killed in his bed by some assassins. We suspect the Kazans. Our entire army cut off they hair to show their great leader some respect and use the next few mounts in sorrow.
So now, a group of chieftains are ruling the Golden Horde once more, this is what Sayyid have been fighting for his entire life, and now, whit the blink of an eye, it is back to normal after two years of unification. But the Horde will have their vengeance!!
Even though it is a couple of chieftains that rule this country, they are doing quite will! They even decide to declare war on Kazan for their un-wise move to kill Him, the date is 20th of may, year 1494. The Horde will strike fear into those who oppose them!
May 20, 1494.
The weather was cold but out horsemen did not care, they wanted to taste sweet blood from the Kazans before night fall. So, war was declared on the Kazans and this had to be a quick and ruthless victory over them, and it has to be done before winter.
So our main army(0,22,0) in Kujbyschew are orded to attack the province of Kazan where the main army of 22000 Kazan soldiers have set up camp.
Our other army(16,0,0) in Saratow are on their way to the city of Lipesk to deal whit the smaller army(8,0,0) and perhaps even seige the city.
On the Kazan front, the smaller army are trying to reach the main army before us, this must not happen, then they will be to strong for our horsemen to deal whit.
In early June, our main army reaches the main Kazan army and our horsemen attacked headstrong, at first, it's a stalemate, no army is not really getting anywhere. Suddenly, our favor is turning whit us, it looks like we are going to win this battle, even though we have taken many losses so far, we can see that the enemy is in panic, fleeing from the battle, but then something grim happens...
The smaller Kazanian army have reached us and are charging us from behind, the other army then rally and attacks on the other front! Our horsemen not capable of dealing whit that kind of tactics, flees from the battle to our capital of Samara!
On the western front, everything is going like plan, our army is seiging the city of Lipeskt and their walls are about to break. (-1)
In the east, things are looking dark. The 25000 strong army of Kazans are heading towards our capital and our Golden Horde is sunken to a puny 5000 horses! We are doomed!
September 4, 1494.
The Kazan army arrives in Samara and our brave horsemen tries to withstand their massive assault but are slain to the last man. The city of Samara falls on the September the 7th and a Kazan diplomat whit a grin on his face hands over a document saying that we have to give them 44 ducats and they will cease killing the people of Samara, we accept whit red faces.
The consul of chieftains summon the commander of the Samarian Army who's job was to stall the smaller Kazan army before they reached the battle up north, as he failed to comply, the consul orded that he shall be executed by pouring molten silver in his eyes.
The future of the Golden Horde is looking grim, no army, no money and -3 in stability, can the Horde continue on their quest for Asian and Middle East domination? Only the future will bring us those answers.
