Largest Land Battle:
can't really remeber the largest, but at least in one battle I had 64 divisions versus 10 or so enemy divisions.

Largest Army Stack:
Well...this really depends that what count's as a stack. Does it need to be used, or just placed somewhere? I mean I sometimes stack all my forces and then create armies from them. I once took over USA AI and had to re-organize their armies...probaply had at least 50 units in one stack.

Fastest Annexation of Germany:
1939

Perhaps longest naval battle?

Once, playing the USSR, I triggered the Unholy Alliance and, from early November/39 to late February/40 some med-range subs of mine met british capital ships in Gibraltar. med-range subs = very low naval attack value and capital ships = very low sub attack value and very high defense. Needless to say that I got very happy when my admiral gained several skill points... :)

I lost like half of my subs, but I won the batle.

Tanks and Dive bombers. I could have done it faster if I'd involved the Slovakians and Hungarians. Here's the list.

Province - Capture Time
War Aug 30 000
Poznan-------Sep 1 1300
Bydgoszcz----Sep 1 1300
Lodz---------Sep 2 2200
Suwalki-------Sep 3 500
Warszawa----Sep 4 700
Czestochowa Sep 4 1300
Krakow-------Sep 4 1700
Lublin--------Sep 5 1900
Danzig--------Sep 6 600
Cieszyn------Sep 6 1200
Sandomierz---Sep 8 300
Przemysl -----Sep 9 400
Lwow---------Sep 9 1600
Annex Sep 9 1600

I ended up having 40 allies at the "end" of this game. I was playing normal/normal and ended up defeating the allies by January 1943. No reason to play beyond that. Final score: Axis 1088 / Allies 0 / Comintern 33

I nearly conqueored the world as Germany and had my entire "War Force" in Berlin which consisted of about 300 divisions. I started to invade South America and divided them up a bit..

I have that game saved as "The Great Industrialization" b/c after the war ended I started building more industries in all my provinces :D

Fastest Annexation of Poland (w/o paras): 9 days, 16 hours

Germany declared war at 0:00 Aug 30 1939, annexed 16:00 Sep 9 1939.
I take it the Poland scenario is open to 1936?

Well the time in my sig was achieved using 39 and all forces on map started as default.

- Id also like to suggest the fastest annexation of Eth (1st time round) as Italy in the 36 scenario! Feb 36, cant remember the day....

Most nuclear cruisers - Jagdmaus, 72
Most superheavy tank divisions - Jagdmaus, 144 / the 'Groß Gross' (refer to most oil used per day)
Most total tank divisions - Jagdmaus, (more than I had time to count)
Most pop-up windows in a single hour - Jagdmaus, over 500 (USSR, had just came back & re-loaded, - at midnight ALL my provinces were done, plus the entire military was staying in the build/upgrade queue, plus I had some techs done, etc. It was a hell of a lot of popups - more than I ever care to see again. The computer almost crashed)
Most dissent - Jagdmaus, 100%
Most CTD's during MP - Jagdmaus, (§) - no, j/k
Most enemy land divisions forced surrendered in a single time & place - Jagdmaus, 281 (It was the bulk of the entire U.S. Army - encircled in the mountains of W. Virginia no less - I wasn't sure I was going to win that one... but, fortunately, they eventually decided to give up)
Most number of provinces held, by alliance - Jagdmaus (all)
Longest air battle - Jagdmaus, 22 days (took forever to finally win over inferior units, because of weather.. they landed on fumes, I suppose - but good exp.)
Most amazing naval battle - Jagdmaus, in a 3-month battle, in CORE .64, in the Aegean Sea, my 3 SOV coastal subs, along with a single Turkish sub that joined - we (without any outside help) sank almost the whole Royal Navy (long story), it was 2 aircraft carriers, about 8 or 9 battleships, and I don't know how many cruisers, probably at least 15, and even a couple of destroyers, which obviously were not very good at their job. One of my subs was about 1/3 damaged, and the others took maybe 10-12% or so. I don't know what the RN's problem was. but we totally sank their whole damn fleet, for all practical purposes. They just kept reinforcing, not hurting me at all for some reason, meanwhile we slowly just kept sinking each of their ships, little by little. They finally retreated with like 2 CL's & 1 BB remaining. I gave that commander a medal - before I sent him to the GULAGS a few weeks later for suspected treason (j/k))

Anyway, I probably have a few more memories, and some statistics - written on some notes pads around here. But that should get me into the Hall of Fame for now. I'm going to bed.
