Didn't you just ask that like 6 posts ago? :p

King, which strategy are you going to use?

How many men are in a division? And would you mind posting some cold, hard numbers on casualties and whatnot sometime, King? Anyway, keep up the good work. Great initial public AAR. :)

Who captured Suez? When?

Who fought UK in India? Did they win?

Also, you shouldn't be making major assaults of SU through Finland or Turkey, just enough to force them to place defenses against you, while (in Murmansk) removing ways of allied help reaching them.

Also, if Suez is taken Gibraltar becomes even more important.

Go King :D

Let's answer some Questions here.

No Fortress is inpregnable, all you have to do is be prepared to take the casulties to storm it, I have no problems about that.

As for the USA, well there is still some game balancing to be done and don't forget Japan did wipe out Chaing KMT, if they hadn't done that then I doubt the USA would of joined the war. It was the Japanese who have conquered most of India. I am thinking it is a matter fo time before they get the rest.

I do prefer to repatch because the game gets better each time. The French AI inflicted far more casultied on me the second time round, and even threw back one of my assaults. It makes for a better ARR.

I have abanded the Malta operation to concentrate on Russia.

Suez was taken by my mobile forces driving thourgh Turkey. This time I did not forget about them in the Deserts, and kept feeding reinforments to them to keep thme up to strength. They got as far as modern Zambia before I did forgot about them.

I have abandoned Subamrines because the current models do not have the range to be really effective and longer rnage models are a long way from being researched. I decided to go for Rocket techs becuase you get a couple of nice side apllications out of that research field (no details, NDA). Nuclear Tech's I chose because hey what the hell.

I can't see what the allies are up to in the Pacific, but it looks like the Japanese are concentrating on India at the moment.

Concerning United States.....why the heck is it so easy to bring it in??? I mean, to me it seems all you have to do is DOW a bunch of allied nations and voila.
US entry is probably connected to Japanese aggression. So overpowered japan ---> early US entry. If Paradox fixes the Japan balance, the early entry problem should recede.

Just to give you guys an update. I stumbled accross a few problems while playing, some don't stop me playing but are annoying others do. The Good news is that Johan thinks he's solved them and I am just waiting on a patch.

P.S. Don't ask the details, what you don't know about can't hurt you.

I have assualt rifes will they do?

On the open field they should do nicely:)

For close up and personal I'd suggest some SMG design. Great in any situation involving entrenched defenders (Cities, field fortifications) or other close up situations (blizzard, forest).

So, it means you finally got to discover medical things like peniciline and blood transfusions?

(i assume they effectively lower your manpower losses)

Peniciline in the hands of a trained expert can a weapon of awsome power. :)

In answer to your question yes I did get them, and they are nice to have. However rules are rules, I can't tell you how nice.

Munich

Hitler has argued long and hard with the leaders of Britain and France over the Sudetanland. Germnay had long claimed this unimportant piece of land and it would be good for the general peace of Europe if this was handed over to Germany. In the end the leaqders of the West had given way and the Sudentanland was incorporated into Germany. It was a great victory for Hitler and people of Germany celebrated the news. The leaders of Britain and France left Munich even more suspicious of Germany than they had ever been. Hitler was pleased to get these provinces for nothing. The Czechs had built impressive frontier fortifications to defend these terrortries and now these had fallen into german hands as well. The Czech state was not long for this earth, Hitler was sure about this. The question remained how to do it?

Could you pleas reassure me that the Munich Conference event triggers the Vienna Arbitration event for Hungary (an obligation for arbitration negotiations was laid down for Czechoslovakia and Hungary in the final document of the Conference.
