Welcome Comrades............to the GREAT WORLDWIDE REVOLUTION AAR MOD!!!

The goal of this mod is to add more early 20th century Radical Leftest or Communist ministers for the AAR mod, especially if you're playing as the USSR and want to launch a "worldwide revolution" after the RCW. If anyone wants to help they can, through since university starts tomorrow, don't expect me to start working on it for a while. I just want something to do until the MDS is completed and I can start working on a DHME scenario again.

NOTE: This mod will not add leaders for the RCW itself or for the White Armies, that is apparently reserved for the 1.03 patch.

ANOTHER NOTE: I am not a Communist or a "Red" in real life.
