I think The Great Upheaval of the Acadians should be represented with an event. It'd be pretty simple, England or GB takes a French territory in the Canada or eastern America region and the event fires giving GB the option to 1) deport the Acadians: changes the territories culture's to English but lowers development and relations with France. Or 2) let them stay: greatly increases those territories revolt risk and possible events
If 1) deported is chosen, France can either 1) settle them in the homeland: increasing development in certain territories in France. Or 2) find them a new place to live: +15 settler increase for a specific colonial region (Louisiana) for 5 years and new colonies there have a chance to have Cajun culture.
I don't want to railroad things too much but I think this event would make things a little more interesting in the new world and also It'd be nice to have my people represented!
Also would prevent Portuguese Louisiana in 90% of my games
