I have been told that there is a province missing from the map so the great kahn achievemnent cant be made.Is the 1.81 fixing that or is it even a thing or was i missinformed?

I've seen a thread about this before. I think the conclusion was that one of the wastelands was in the list for the achievement. This is not fixed in 1.8.1, I'd wait for the next patch.
