hey,it looks like vichy event triggered so quickly.it never fired for me when i conquered that little from france 
Well, I don't want to sound, uhm, don't know the word for it in english (dictionary says know-it-all) but the vichy surrender event clearly triggers way different and much faster than the vanilla one.

That's because the offset of all events gets reset on game load. It's actually a minor exploit for a campaign like thisFernando Torres said:
