I have yet to see Prussia really represented here so I decided to do this AAR. I am a skilled player but not a WC ultra expert like some of you so this is not a WC.

This will be a mixture of story telling, history book, and maybe some others type of AAR.

I understand my other AAR's have not been that great but please give me a chance and make comments if you like and support this AAR.

Settings

Hardest levels on all settings, 1.07 latest beta.

I will try to get the first part finished by tommorrow.

Goals

-Survive
-Present an enjoyable AAR

I'd like to see some interesting play with Prussia, so don't disappoint.

I am sure the AAR will be good, I will keep an eye on this one.

The Foundation:1419-1425[/b]

Prussia for the whole of its history had been puppets and in 1419, a vassal of the Teutonic Order. Following the war between The Order and the Polish-Lithuanian alliance in 1410, the grip on Prussia had weakened. The people of Prussia had awakened and what it found surprised them, they found themselves and it angered them. It was a weak puppet of The Order which had given the lives of thousands of Prussians and thousands of ducats for no gain for Prussia.

In 1419, many things changed, a Prussian independence faction grew to absorb most of the population and the Prussian people revolted. The Prussians created the Prussian Grand Council and the vassalship with The Order was canceled.

No war began for The Order was fighting for its life against a new Polish-Lithuanian alliance. As war came to the Baltic again, a new birth in Prussia created the Kingdom of Prussia in direct violation of the Holy Roman Empire. The Holy Roman Empire was too busy to be concerned with Prussia as war spread through out Europe.

The Prussian Grand Council now had a kingdom to run and they needed a kingdom. The economic situation was extremely tight and difficult, so the council met for the first time in an independent Prussia and disbanded the entire Prussian army and used the little money they had to raise tax collectors. Prussia had no military and a weak economy on the verge of collapse but the Prussians were intent on survival but the search for a actual king and royal family would take many years.
