I started as Italy, 1914 and the game proceeds relatively fine so far (1928). There is one problem though - how exactly do interwar army limitations work? I have already figured out that I can only have up to 5 aiplanes of each type, any planes beyond that get deleted. I am not sure how many ships I can have, there was some event with numbers but they do not correspond to in-game situation at all. I think that after WW1 I lost like 8 BBs ("sunk" in the ledger) but I still have more than 15 BBs, that is almost like the UK which got vast majority of its BBs deleted. Is there any place I can look in to get to know how many ships I can build? Would like to avoid spending years bulding a ship and then lose it.
When it comes to land forces, I lost 10 divs out of 85 due to the army limit event. But a few days after that another event fired which said "you are allowed to rearm and expand your army or something" and the dissent went back down 10 points. Does that mean the limits are no longer there? Or does that only mean I am below the limit (75 in case of Italy?)? It is very confusing but most importantly I would like to know when these limits (army, air and naval too) end so that I can plan production accordingly.
The tooltip in the Limits decision says it is 75 land units, 5 air units of each type (no limit on rockets and transport planes), 200 ships total - modified by naval treaty. How is it modified?
