I'm having some on-going issues with starting up the 1940 scenario as Germany. It keeps freezing during loading.

I really love this mod and the idea of this mod. I think the team manpower issue is really sad, imo the community should help out more. If I could write events or do any modding beyond a very basic level, I would volunteer. As it is, all I could do is playtesting.
Come on, guys, we gotta help out. This is one idea that has to be realized.
So I am playing as Japan, stayed out of an alliance with Germany as I didn't want to have to fight the UK, but I waited until the Germans launched Barbarossa and attacked Siberia. After a year and a half of fighting I made it as far as Omsk (briefly) and forced a Bitter Peace. There were events to attend bitter peace talks and the final event in the chain says I got "significant concessions" but I never gain any territory. Is this because I'm not allied with Germany? If so, is it WAD?
It should be the topmost scenario. Do you have the correct checksum? It should be WDSR in the upper right hand corner. The topmost scenario does say Grand Campaign. If you do not have that then you may have not installed the mod correctly. Please check and let us know. The A Grand Campaign option doesn't come up on screen.
Hey S the Depression events are WAD. You are supposed to end up with a huge debt and take a long time to recover. Minus 10 is pretty bad for China but some have minus 18 I believe. The big unknown is the duration of the depression. I have seen it end in a few months and also go to 1936 or so. Including recovery time 1938. It should end if you are at war though. We did not design the events Burning the original modder did and they are kind of hard to mod. They used to be worse with a huge drop in IC also. The one guy who could make changes left us so there is not much we can do until when and if our newest volunteer gets up to speed. So, a little bit more feedback from my Nat. China campaign (1931 so far)
The Great Depression event for China seems far too rough in regards to money. There's simply no way to stem the -10 off-map penalty short of printing money every two months. I get that it is supposed to cause struggle, but certainly in that case a smaller money penalty and a flat IC penalty would be a better choice?
In another note, the USSR seems to have gone back to being Leninist at some point, meaning no more Stalin around. Will see what shenanigans this causes. Is this an event thing or unintended?
