Dude. If you don't like it, vote with your feet. I know I am. Unsubs.

It just not the same. And it's kinda sad and petty. Best of luck for the future guys, all I know is that I won't be watching it :(

Hey, I'm still alive. The people may change, but the legacy of epic HoI games can never die. I was going to retire anyway after this game, for my aviation studies just can't live with the time HoI takes.

I will try my best to forgive my former friends for the horrible thing they did to me, but I'm sure I can never forget this. How your former best friends gather a massive amount hate from the unknown, and then unleash it in the form of one huge knife, that leaves permanent scars.

I promised to retire after this game, and to cease all AARs and posts on the MP thread. That I shall do, but first I will finish this game. For I have never abandoned a game, nor leaved my readers without an end. That I respect more than anything.

I just hope that someday people will learn something from this. How much getting betrayed and abandoning the game and friends you have loved for the last 7 years can hurt, even if it is just a game. We could just play for fun and enjoy it, but unfortunately most people let their negative emotions take over...

I've had my good moments, and I hope everyone else feels the same way. Even though our paths might part, I wish you the best of luck.

And if I may only ask one last request, please don't talk about replacing me hebe. I'm not a machine or an item that can be replaced. Good hosts, who actually care and sacrifice themselves are literally one in a million. The odds of you finding another person like that are minimal. In the past you could have easily rolled everything that is wrong on my shoulders. Once you discover, that the same problems continue without me, look yourselves in the mirror, and maybe you mind be able to find the source of the anger in your games, but I truly hope I am wrong. And you definitely won't be using this thread, because I don't want it to have anything to do with your anger. I also kindly ask that you start another MP thread, because I never want my posts to be in a thread, which is for players like you. Technically the thread is yours, but the thread has seen much better moments, so please don't desecrate it with your games.

If I go down, I go down with glory. That is not arrogance, from what most of the people got angry from. I simply favour the knights standing on their horses with their entire armor, or the best panzers gathered on the Ardennes, that is glory. There are seperate personalities for people on the AAR thread, ingame, and then IRL, but seems that to the people who voted me out, it's all the same. If I ever hurt anyone, it wasn't my intention. But now after everyone else has abandoned the game, there are three players with me who are going to play to the end, and they are the greatest players I have ever known. We will play the most epic MP AAR ever, that will last to the 50s. And every update that there can be, will be posted, no matter what it takes.

So fear not my dear readers. I couldn't have done this AAR without your support, and you made me believe in myself when I had my low points in the game. Now I had my doubts on would I be able to follow my ideals of taking things (including this AAR) to the very end. But thanks to your massive support, which I couldn't have even expected in my wildest dreams, I promise to make you the best AAR from which I've ever had the pride of doing. Because you people earn every update and every pic, and even more. There aren't any greater and more supportive readers than you.

With the best players on my side and the best readers supporting me, this is the best ending to my HoI career the entire community could ever give me. I am simply speechless, and your comments gave me hope. Apparently there is still some good left in the community, and maybe one day we can play as friends as for fun, without anger.

The AAR will be finished and the battle ahead is massive. So for one last time my friends, panzers shall ride, CAS shall dive and soldiers shall fly! Let's do this!

And if someone wants to share my current feeling of disappointment, but also a mix of surprise, proudness and hope, I suggest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xWfuNUtTsE

Though China is still standing (and I will post an update once I can), I do not see any hope to survive against the red army. Hence, I suggest that I take over USA and the allies to lead this game and maybe the most memorable hoi-career to it's end. That would serve this game better than me leading Communist China.

Btw, as a bad joke, my screen broke up yesterday after I had read these sad news, but I will try to find my old one so that I can see what I'm doing next Saturday. ;)

I liked all the reports, even the speech one which was a nice change. It's a shame you guys fell out. All the ahistorical alliances and territories made it an interesting AAR. I realise it was probably a bit frustrating, but it wouldn't have been nearly as good for the reader if you didn't break all those rules (aside from playing when then others were absent i guess, it was a bit of a deus ex ending). I really wanted to see what the neo-axis would do :(
