The 'getting good relations for free' exploit

Basically this is an exploit where you send letters / persoanl gifts / state gifts to someone you are at war with, but have 100% conquered. You send these ar the usual price BEFORE making peace, so that when you make the peace, you can demand whatever you wish, PLUS as much money it has in it's treasury. Since it's unlikely to have spent all of it elsewhere, you are likely to get most, if not all of it back AND have great relations with the country - especially usefu if you wish to vassalise someone as part of the peace agreement.

So I suggest Johan should make it that sending state gifts etc is greyed out whilst at war, to stop this exploit.

To make them strike peace with the opponent that holds their capital (but nothing more) so that you (holding all other provinces) can vassalize them..
